A better pipe production method is double sided pressurized forming instead of plate punching The raw materials are repeatedly heated and cool down for five days before any processing..

  1. he worst processing method for the PTFE of Piston is the lather process because its’ PTFE surface will break under 500-1000 spin speed Because of this, a good shock absorber grinding ring will form oil dirt deposit and makes the absorber harden over time.
  2. Factory form PTFE packing is made with high temperature cladding method with super cold processing The advantage of this method is fast production time but cause flaking, breaking and loosening problem over time

PTFE packing for car modification is created without high temperature and fast cooling hardening processing method so it gets to retain its elasticity, grinding endurance,

Shock Absorber Piston〜The Latest cladded machine

Piston Body:

Piston Body is made with international standard, and strengthened using precision machine pressurization. It did not rely on heat treatment and secondary processing to improve surface hardness.

Implantable port:

1.5mm Width and 1mm Depth in spec.In addition, to prevent the “hitting the pole wall” under pressure when installing shock absorber diagonally,implantable port can come with 1mm width specification

Groove Depth:

Groove has a 0.65mm depth. When inserting PTFE into groove vertically, it strengthens piston ring so it does not cause rotation and shedding under 60℃

Piston Groove:

Groove has a 0.5mm width design to reduce metal contact surface area his helps reduce friction coefficient, edge hardening due to long use, and cladding PTFE packing loosening due to rotation.

Piston Face:

Original 0.2mm piston surface will tear, break, or brittle after long use The newest generation cladding machine forming process with specially made 1mm PTFE packing ensures PTFE to gain chaining hardness and elasticity on 0.4mm piston surface

Groove Width:

The Groove has 1.0mm width and 0.65mm height in design Our design enable special PTFE packing to create super tie elastic bond when inserted into the metal wall. This prevents PTFE packing grinding problem.

Oil Seal:

  1. Oil seal is designed with PU oil seal usage in mind. Due to difference in usage environment and design concept. We can adapt to any PTFE packing material and any piston shape We can create diameter range from 25 mm to 152 mm

Oil Hydraulic Press:

When gas oil pour into the oil hydraulic press under high pressure and heat, causes oil seal to expend and press against the pole wall This reduces piston body’s surface tearing. Oil seal has maximum extend length of 0.5mm to 1mm

PTFE Packing:

Our PTFE Packing is made with proprietary advance processing method that brings benefit such as Piston PTFE OD, uto grinding damage repair due to piston movement, tie-bond with groove wall and unlimited grinding endurance. Trial testing our product is welcome.
